# 📊 OVR Analytics on Mobile

Track OVR engagement on mobile with visitor sessions, artwork views, and document insights.

You can now view **detailed engagement metrics** for your Online Viewing Rooms directly from the mobile app. See who’s interacting with your OVRs, what they’re viewing, and how long they’re spending — all at your fingertips.

To open analytics, tap on the OVR when browsing your OVR links. _(Note: the edit button has been moved to the toolbar at the top of the OVR.)_

## 🔎 Sessions at a Glance

At the top of the panel, you’ll see **high-level stats** for the selected OVR:

- **Views** – The total number of visitors

- **Time** – Combined time spent across all visits

- **Artwork Views** – Number of individual artworks viewed

- **Document Views** – Total number of documents opened

- **Associated Contact** – Tap to open the contact profile in ARTERNAL

## 👥 Visitor Details

Below the overview, you’ll find a breakdown of each **session**, including:

- **Device & Email** – Shows whether the visitor used desktop or mobile. If the viewer is saved in ARTERNAL, their email will appear.

- **Time of Visit**

- **Visit Length**

- **Images Viewed**

- **Documents Viewed**

- **Location**

💡 Use this panel to **track collector interest** and follow up with contacts who’ve spent meaningful time in your OVR.

## 👁️ Viewing a Visitor’s Activity

Tap a specific session to open the **Activity tab**, which gives a detailed timeline of that visit. You’ll see exactly which artworks and documents were opened, for how long, and in what order.

If the viewer is a saved contact in ARTERNAL, you can tap their name to open their full contact profile.

## 🖼️ Artwork Views

The **Artwork Views tab** shows:

- Which artworks were viewed

- How long they were viewed

- How many unique visitors engaged with each piece

This helps you identify works that are generating the most interest.

The **Document Views tab** shows how many times each document was opened within the OVR.

## ❓ Frequently Asked Questions:

**Can I see who viewed my OVR?**

Yes - if the viewer is a saved contact, their email and profile will appear. Otherwise, you’ll see an anonymous session.

**Do OVR analytics show time spent?**

Yes, you’ll see both total time across all visits and the length of each individual session.

**Where do I find OVR analytics on mobile?**

Open your OVR list, tap a Viewing Room, and scroll to the **Sessions, Artwork, or Documents** tabs.
