View all contact activity on mobile. Track emails, views, clicks, holds, interests, and more from the Contact Timeline.

## How to Access the Contact Timeline on Mobile

## Step 1: Open the Contact Profile

Open the ARTERNAL app and navigate to the contact you’d like to review.

## Step 2: Tap the **Timeline** Tab

At the top of the contact profile, select **Timeline** to view all recorded activity.

## Step 3: View All Activity (Default View)

By default, the timeline opens to **All**, showing every recorded action related to the contact - organized chronologically.

## Step 4: Filter by Activity Type

Use the tabs under the timeline to focus on specific types of activity, including:

- **SmartMail**  
- **Views**  
- **Clickthroughs**  
- **Holds / Solds**  
- **Associations**  
- **Interests**  
- **Segments** _(coming soon)_  
- **OVR (Online Viewing Rooms)**
