Before integrating QuickBooks with ARTERNAL, a few key settings in your QuickBooks account must be configured. Follow these steps to ensure QuickBooks is ready to sync with ARTERNAL:

1. Shipping must be turned ON.

2. Custom transaction numbers must be turned OFF.

3. Ensure your account is set up to use Sales Tax.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Access Account Settings:

   • In QuickBooks Online, click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

2. Turn Shipping ON and Custom Transaction Numbers OFF:

   • Click on Account and Settings from the dropdown menu.

• In the settings page, ensure Shipping is toggled ON and Custom transaction numbers is toggled OFF.

3. Enable Sales Tax:
   • In the left-hand menu of QuickBooks, click on the Taxes section.
   • Follow the prompts to set up Sales Tax if it’s not already enabled.
