In ARTERNAL, you can generate PDFs for selected works in various formats, such as **Checklists**, **4-per-page displays**, **2-per-page displays**, **Tearsheets**, **Factsheets**, and **Datasheets**. Here’s how to generate PDFs:

## Step 1: Access the Inventory Tab

- In the top menu bar, select the **Inventory** tab.

## Step 2: Add Works to the Cart

- Select the checkbox on the works' images to add them to the **Selection Cart**. You can multi-select works by checking multiple boxes.

## Step 3: Access the Inventory Cart

- Once the works are selected, an **inventory cart** will appear in the top-right corner. Click the **download icon** to proceed.

## Step 4: Generate the PDF

- In the **Generate PDF** pop-up, select the desired PDF type (e.g., Checklist, Factsheet, etc.).

- Use the **toggles** to choose what captions appear on the PDF.

- Finally, click **Generate PDF**.
