ARTERNAL makes it easy to share artworks by attaching works directly to emails. This ensures recipients receive accurate images and artwork details straight from your inventory.

How to Attach Artwork in Smartmail

Step-by-Step: Attach Works to Mail

Step 1: Open Smart Mail

Navigate to Smart Mail and start a new message or open an existing draft.

Step 2: Attach Artwork

When the composer opens, click the 📎 paperclip icon.

Your inventory browser will open, where you can choose how to browse:

• All Works
• Artists
• Documents
• Lists
• Exhibitions
• Fairs

Select the artwork you’d like to attach.

Step 4: Compose Your Email

Once the work is attached, you can:

• Add recipients
• Write your message
• Edit the subject line

Step 4: Send the Email

Review your message, then click Send.

A: Yes. Open the reply, then use the Attach Work option to add inventory items.
