ARTERNAL makes it easy to share artworks by attaching works directly to emails. This ensures recipients receive accurate images and artwork details straight from your inventory.

## Step-by-Step: Attach Works to Mail

## Step 1: Open Smart Mail

Navigate to **Smart Mail** and start a new message or open an existing draft.

## Step 2: Attach Artwork

When the composer opens, click the **📎 paperclip** icon.

Your inventory browser will open, where you can choose how to browse:

- All Works  
- Artists  
- Documents  
- Lists  
- Exhibitions  
- Fairs

Select the artwork you’d like to attach.

## Step 4: Compose Your Email

Once the work is attached, you can:

- Add recipients  
- Write your message  
- Edit the subject line

Review your message, then click **Send**.
