How to Upload a New Work – iOS 📱

Upload new artworks from the ARTERNAL iOS app by adding images, details, and saving directly to your inventory.

Before You Start

• Make sure you’re logged into the ARTERNAL iOS app
• Have at least one artwork image ready on your device
• Optional: artist, price, and location details if available

Step 1: Open the Inventory Tab

1. Open the ARTERNAL iOS app
2. Tap Inventory in the bottom navigation
3. Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right corner > Upload Image

Step 2: Upload Artwork Images

1. Choose where to upload images from:
   • Photo Library (select existing images)
2. Select one or multiple images (up to 6 images)
3. Tap the checkmark button to save

Step 3: Save the Work

After uploading images, the artwork is automatically added to your Inventory.

You can edit the title, artist, price, status, location, and other details at any time.

Tips

• You can upload multiple works back-to-back without leaving the Inventory tab
• Additional images and documents can be added later from the artwork’s profile
• Works uploaded on iOS instantly sync with your desktop account

Q: Can I edit the artwork after uploading it?
A: Yes — long-press on the artwork at any time to update images, pricing, status, or details.

Q: Can I upload multiple images for one work?
A: Yes. You can upload multiple images via the alt view section once the primary image has been uploaded.

Q: Do works uploaded on iOS appear on desktop?
A: Yes. All changes sync automatically across devices.
