How to Attach Works with Multiple Prices in Smart Mail

Step 1: Compose New Mail

• In the top menu bar, select the Mail tab, then click on the Compose button to start a new mail.

Step 2: Attach Works

• Select Add Attachment. A list of all available works and their prices will appear.

Step 3: Select Multiple Prices

To change the price, click the drop-down arrow next to the price field and select the desired price.

Note: Only two prices can be displayed at the same time.

Step 4: Add or Remove Prices

• To add another price, click the blue plus button. To remove a price, click the "x" next to the price.

Step 5: Create a New Price

• To create a new price, click the drop-down arrow, then select Create New Offer Price.
• Choose the desired label and enter the new price, then select Save. The new price will appear in the list of prices.

Step 6: Attach the Work

• Once the work is selected, the prices chosen will be displayed underneath the artwork in the email.
