# What is Reporting?

Overview of the reporting feature capabilities and insights

Reporting allows you to pull **Custom** and **Preset** reports on contact, inventory, and transaction information collected by ARTERNAL. The reports can help you and your team better strategize follow up and prioritize tasks by being able to see a detailed report of specific data.

The **Explore** page will give you an overview of preset reports. From this page, you can click on any report and start to customize it.

**Custom** reports can be saved and exported for you to share with your team via ARTERNAL or .CSV file.

And you can keep an **Archive** of any **Custom** reports you no longer need. You can unarchive or delete those reports as well.
