ARTERNAL allows you to batch apply consignment terms to multiple works in a consignment, without having to apply the terms individually. Follow these steps to apply consignment terms to all works at once:

## Step 1: Access the Consignments Tab

- Go to the **Transactions** tab, then select **Consignments**.

## Step 2: Create a New Consignment

- Select **New Consignment** > **Consigned In/Out**.

## Step 3: Set the Consignment Date Range

- In the new consignment agreement, select a **date range** for the consignment.

## Step 4: Choose Contact and Add Works

- Click **Choose Contact** to select the contact, then click **Browse Inventory** to add the desired works to the consignment.

## Step 5: Apply Terms to All Works

- Once the works are added, click the **Apply Terms to All** button.

## Step 6: Enter Consignment Terms

- In the **Consignment Terms** window, add the applicable information, then click **Save**.
