Step 1: Select the Works

• In the Inventory tab, select the works whose availability you want to change.

Step 2: Add Works to the Selection Cart

• The selected works will appear in your Selection Cart. Click on the Selection Cart to expand it.

Step 3: Edit Availability

• Click on the three vertical dots to expand the options and select Edit Availability.

Step 4: Confirm the New Availability

• In the prompt, choose the desired availability (e.g., Available, Sold, etc.), then click Confirm to apply the changes.
