# How to Batch Change Artwork Availability

Learn how to batch change the availability of multiple artworks in ARTERNAL using the Selection Cart and the Edit Availability feature.

## Step 1: Select the Works

- In the **Inventory** tab, select the works whose availability you want to change.

## Step 2: Add Works to the Selection Cart

- The selected works will appear in your **Selection Cart**. Click on the **Selection Cart** to expand it.

## Step 3: Edit Availability

- Click on the **three vertical dots** to expand the options and select **Edit Availability**.

## Step 4: Confirm the New Availability

- In the prompt, choose the desired availability (e.g., Available, Sold, etc.), then click **Confirm** to apply the changes.
