# How to Generate and Customize Condition Report PDFs

Learn how to generate and customize condition report PDFs in ARTERNAL, including options for adding photos, footers, and disclaimers.

## Step 1: Access the Condition Log
- On the artwork's **Inventory Detail Page**, go to the **Location/Conditions** tab.
- If there is no existing condition log, click **\+ New Condition**.

## Step 2: Add a New Condition Log
- Enter the time when the condition is recorded.

- Add a description in the **Details** box and attach photos by clicking **Add Attachment**.

## Step 3: Select a Footer

## Step 4: Save the Condition Log
- Click **Save** to create the new condition log.

## Step 5: Export the Condition Report PDF
**5a.** To export the condition log with all photos, click **Export PDF** and select **INCLUDE** in the pop-up window.

**5b.** To export the condition log with select photos, click **Edit Condition**, choose the photos, and click **Save**. Then, click **Save & Generate PDF**.

**5c.** To export the condition report without photos, click **Export PDF** and select **NOT INCLUDE** in the pop-up window.

## Step 6: Edit and Preview the PDF
- After selecting the photos, you can edit the report in the PDF editor.
- Click **Preview PDF** to download the report.

## Customization Options
In **Settings** > **PDF Settings** > **Condition Report**, you can customize the report by:
- Displaying a date in the header.
- Turning on/off the signature page at the end.
- Uploading multiple footers for condition reports.
- Adding a custom disclaimer block at the top.
