## Steps to Duplicate a Smart Mail:

1. **Select the Smart Mail**:
   
   Click on **Mail > Smart Mail**, then select the Smart Mail you want to duplicate.

2. **Click the Duplicate Button**:
   
   In the Smart Mail overview, click on the **Duplicate** button located in the top-right corner.

3. **Choose Duplication Options**:
   
   In the pop-up window, you’ll have three duplication options:
   - **Duplicate the template only**: Creates a copy of just the email template without any of the original contacts.
   - **Duplicate the template and all the contacts**: Copies both the template and all the contacts from the original Smart Mail.
   - **Duplicate the template and contacts who have not opened the Smart Mail**: Copies the template and only the contacts who did not open the original email.

4. **Complete the Duplication**:
   
   After selecting your preferred option, click on **Duplicate**. You will then be directed to the new Smart Mail draft.
