## Before You Start

- Make sure the artwork has images uploaded

## 📱 How to Share an Artwork via a Messaging App

### 1. Open the artwork

- Go to **Inventory**  
- Tap the artwork you’d like to share

### 2. Tap the Share icon

- Tap the **Share** icon in the top-right corner of the artwork

### 3. Choose a messaging app

- Select your preferred app (iMessage, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.)  
- ARTERNAL will generate a secure artwork link automatically

### 4. Send the link

- Send the artwork directly to your contact

The recipient will see a clean, mobile-friendly artwork page with images and details.

- Artwork images  
- Title, artist, medium, dimensions, and price (if visible)

## 💡 Tips & Best Practices

- Use this for **quick one-off shares**  
- For sharing multiple artworks, consider creating an **Online Viewing Room**  
- You can follow up later using **SmartMail** for more formal outreach

Yes — Individual artwork shares are tracked in the Shared Links tab:
