When creating a new inventory record, you can save time by using the **Paste Captions** feature to enter caption information all at once. Here’s how:

## Step 1: Access the Paste Captions Feature

- Click on **Paste Captions** when creating a new inventory record, and a text box will appear.

## Step 2: Use the Caption Template

- The template in the text box follows the same format as the caption template you set up in **Settings** > **Inventory Settings** > **Inventory Caption Formatter**.

## Step 3: Paste and Align the Caption Information

- Paste the artwork caption into the text box, ensuring that each piece of information aligns with the corresponding line (e.g., artist, title, year, medium, dimensions, and price).

## Step 4: Save the Caption

After pasting and aligning the information, click **Save**. The caption information will automatically populate the relevant fields in your inventory record.
