# How to send an invoice

Here's how to send an invoice:

After finish entering the invoice information, go to the **Send** tab, and click on the **VIEW AND DOWNLOAD** button to preview the invoice

You can protect your invoice with a passcode by checking the **Protect with a passcode** and copy the passcode

**Please note: For security purposes, we'd suggest sending over your passcode through a different channel of communication than the invoice. For example, if you send over the invoice via email, it is best to send over the passcode through a message/WhatsApp/phone call.**

If the invoice looks good, scroll to the bottom and click on the **Send Email** button, and you invoice is sent!
