# How to Reset or Change Your Password

Learn how to reset or change your ARTERNAL password using either the login page or the profile settings.

There are two ways to reset or change your ARTERNAL password:

## Option 1: Change Your Password While Logged In

1. If you're already logged in, go to **Settings** > **Profile** > **Change Password**.

2. Enter and confirm your new password, then click **Update Password**.

## Option 2: Reset Your Password from the Login Page

1. On the login page, click the **Forgot password?** button.

2. You will receive a password reset link from **[no-reply@auth0user.net](https://support.arternal.com/en/articles/6960420-how-to-reset-or-change-your-password)**.

- If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.

3. In the email, click on the **URL** or the **CONFIRM** button to reset your password.
