How to Change Permissions for Inventory Lists

Learn how to change the permissions of inventory lists, exhibitions, and fairs to control whether they are visible to just you or your team.

Step 1: Access the List

• Go to the Inventory List/Exhibition/Fair you want to change the permissions for.

Step 2: Change the Permission

• At the top of the page, you will see a Public button.
• To make the list private and visible only to your account, click on Public, and it will change to Private.
• Click it again to change the setting back from Private to Public.

Note:

By default, an inventory list, exhibition, or fair is set to Public when first created.
