Creating and Managing Inventory Live Lists

Inventory Live Lists allow you to save inventory searches for easy access and dynamic updates. Unlike static lists, live lists automatically update themselves as you add or edit inventories in ARTERNAL.
Creating an Inventory Live List
Step 1: Apply Inventory Filters
- After applying the desired filters to your inventory, a blue Save as Live List button will appear at the top of the page.
Note: You can also apply filters such as status and save them into the live list.
Step 2: Save the Live List
- Click the Save as Live List button, enter a name for the list, and click SAVE.
Step 3: Access Inventory Live Lists
- To access your saved live lists, go to the Inventory dropdown in the top-left corner, select Lists, then go to the Live tab to view all your live lists.
